With over 30 years of experience in industrial sectors. Former CMO and Board Member at BA Glass, where he led operations across five countries and helped grow revenue from €90M to over €800M. Known for driving strategic investments, market expansion, and leading successful business turnarounds.
A retired Portuguese Army Officer with over 40 years of experience navigating complex challenges and working with diverse teams across NATO missions and U.S. Army training. Since 2019, he’s also led special projects at Inspire Capital, including cable car systems and aquaculture ventures.
With over 15 years of experience in the real estate and construction industries. Holds a degree in Civil Engineering, along with postgraduate diplomas in Real Estate Management & Appraisal and Hotel Management. Previously worked as a Project Manager in top construction firms across Portugal and Brazil. Since 2016, leading Inspire Capital’s residential property division.
With 20 years of experience managing and growing industrial companies. Former Commercial Team Leader at BA Glass, where he led sales teams and expanded market presence, particularly in Spain. Experienced in M&A, asset transformation, and strategic investment analysis, now focused on identifying growth opportunities in the packaging industry.
